Lettering

Individual lettering is one of the best ways of making something stand out and creating an impression.

From centuries ago when lettering on buildings was first seen individually fitted letters are now a prominent feature worldwide.

Originally text was chiseled into stone and marble to create a contrast but now we do this with letters made from stainless steel, bronze, aluminium and resin. The typefaces and finishes achievable are almost limitless, so potential for reproduction of a certain look is well within our capabilities.

Fixing of letters to backgrounds can be done in a variety of ways. We use brass locator fixings that give a secure fitting and a stand off look.

Also used for stand off fixing are snapfix plastic couplings for high level signs. Grouting rods screwed into the back of each letters enable totally secure fixings for low level lettering.
