Cut Out Aluminium Letters & Logos

Cut out Aluminium Lettering & Logos may be applied to an internal or external sign panel, or may be fixed directly to the wall – either way, cut out letters add presence to signage, literally adding depth.

Aluminium letters are particularly tough in themselves and the paint used to finish them, making them an excellent choice for external use where environments may be harsher than usual.  The painting process we use is finished by hardening in a special sign makers stove which bakes the enamel paint to make a hard, durable surface.  Paint is mixed in our onsite paint workshop and your desired colour can be chosen from any Pantone, RAL, BS or Dulux reference, or sample.

Cut out aluminium letters (like cut out acrylic lettering) is machined by our engravers from a flat sheet of aluminium, up to 6mm thick and can be made into any shape, font or logo needed, hence is often referred to as “Flat cut lettering”.  The use stand off locators can lift the lettering from the surface which not only makes the lettering more prominent and noticeable, but can also introduce interesting lighting and shadow effects.

As with all our lettering solutions, we are with you all the way if you choose to install the letters yourself.  We include installation instructions, stand off locators or grouting rods and a full size “layout” of the lettering and spacing, to ensure you put them up proportionally.
