Wards Signs of Bristol were contacted with the challenge of matching existing traditional cast iron fingerpost signage and installing in Wells. The initial site visit allowed us to accurately match the colours and paint type, measure the lettering and bead and ensure that the signage matched the existing signs.
The signs, designed and manufactured in our office in Bristol. were installed to direct tourist in Wells, Somerset to the Harry Patch Memorial Monuments and Plaques to commemorate the local supercentenarian, who was briefly the oldest man in Europe.
